Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment: All pop-in services must be paid in advance via Stripe.
  2. Cancellations: > * 24 hours+ notice: Full credit/refund (minus Stripe processing fees).
  3. Less than 24 hours' notice: 100% fee applies.
  4. Access: I agree to provide a working key or lockbox code. Failure to provide access results in a 100% charge.
  5. Emergency: In an emergency, I authorise Anne’s Pet Care Service to seek veterinary care. All costs incurred are the owner's responsibility.
  6. Liability: Anne’s Pet Care Service is fully insured by Protectivity. Our liability is limited to the terms of that policy.
  7. Travel Surcharges: Any pre-paid travel fees for visits outside the 5-mile radius are non-refundable if cancelled within the 24-hour window.
  8. Payments & Refunds via Stripe
  9. Booking Confirmation: All bookings are provisional until payment is processed via our secure Stripe gateway.
  10. Transaction Fees: Please note that Stripe processing fees (approx. 1.5% + 20p) are non-refundable. In the event of a client-initiated cancellation where a refund is due, the refund amount will be the total paid minus these processing costs.
  11. Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear in your account (as per standard banking times).
  12. Disputes: By ticking 'Agree' at checkout, you acknowledge our 24-hour cancellation window. Fraudulent 'Chargebacks' via your bank for services cancelled late will be contested using your signed digital agreement.

Refunds are subject to a small administrative deduction to cover non-refundable payment processing fees.
